A. Zero distance between shock wave and flat wave: It overcomes the defects of traditional double wave soldering, such as temperature drop between double peaks, ineffective flux due to long tinning time, and accumulation of tin slag between double waves.
B. Energy saving: Spray tin can be driven by only one set of power; the amount of oxidation of the nozzle of the same size is only half of that of traditional wave soldering.
C. Improved process capability: It has good welding processability for SMT red glue patch boards and bottom-shielded fixture boards. The integration of double waves reduces the size and volume of the tin tank, reduces the cost of tin input, and greatly reduces the amount of oxidation.
